Compliance Forms can be assigned to individuals in the Database Module (DBM) and sent through the Employment Management Module (EMM). The Compliance Form Group allows you to create one or more groups and assign individuals to a group within DBM.
Key Functions:
- Manage Compliance Form Groups, consisting of one or more forms
- Assign a Compliance Form Group to an individual
- Email notifications
- Access to EMM Compliance Forms via the Producer Portal
- Print within the EMM transaction
- View transactions from the representative’s record in DBM
Annual Compliance Questionnaire (ACQ) and Outside Business Activities (OBA) are supported Compliance Forms and are configurable. Also, the standard Producer Information Form (PIF) is available within the Compliance Forms functionality. Existing data is pulled from the DBM and populates on the editable form.
